Website Host Level Form Types

It's important to understand that there are two form builders found in TrialKit:

1. Host level - Found under the Website Host menu.

2. Study level - Found under the Study menu.

This article focuses on the Host level form builder.  

Forms developed at the Website Host Level are used for these applications only at the host level:

• User Manager

• Site Manager

• Study Manager

In each of the locations listed above, you will find an example of a Profile form. However, you can add and customize forms as needed.

There are three types of forms to correspond to the applications named above:

• User

• Site

• Study

When creating a new form, be sure to select the appropriate type.
