Version Override Audit
This report (located in Regulatory Audit Reports Menu) displays every save performed in the form builder on forms that were published during the time of saving. This action and the audit report for it are only possible with access to the version override function in role security settings. (App Only)
This report displays a table with the following information:
Date and time of save
Form saved
Version it was saved under (published versions only)
User
Reason
Any row can be tapped to view a more detailed group of tables for what changed on that particular “save event”.
