Blinded Field Audit

The blinded field audit is a report/listing which provides a history of fields within forms that have been blinded or unblinded to user roles over time.

It provides the following information in a table view:

• Date and time of action

• Function (Added blinding or Removed blinding)

• User who performed the action

• Role which was blinded/unblinded

• Form where it was applied

• Field name which it occurred on

This is exportable to Excel

The blinded field audit can be accessed under the Regulatory Audit Reports section in the reports menu.
