Blinded Field Audit
The blinded field audit is a report/listing which provides a history of fields within forms that have been blinded or unblinded to user roles over time.
It provides the following information in a table view:
Date and time of action
Function (Added blinding or Removed blinding)
User who performed the action
Role which was blinded/unblinded
Form where it was applied
Field name which it occurred on
This is exportable to Excel
The blinded field audit can be accessed under the Regulatory Audit Reports section in the reports menu.
Effective start date of February 14, 2021. Any blinding actions performed prior to this date will not be captured in the report.
