Consent Report
The consent report is an Administrative report to show the following:
Which subjects have consented
Consent history for each subject
Utility for batch revoking of consent
Access to this report is determined by the user role also having access to the Consent Report within role security settings.
The report can be accessed via the Reports menu on the app:
The resulting table can be exported to Excel or PDF via iCloud on iOS, or via Excel on Android.
If patients have revoked consent, an additional row will display for that activity. The original consent will still be present.
To administratively revoke consent, use the checkboxes on the right side of the screen for any subjects currently consented. Then tap the button at the bottom to "Bulk Revoke Consent".
This action will place those subjects back in an unconsented status whereby no data entry can occur until they re-consent.
