The Field Lock Report displays the defined data fields which are either awaiting review or have been reviewed (locked).
The Field Lock Report is found under the Reports menu. Any user role with access to the Monitor Report will also have access to the Field Lock Report.
The resulting table will display the following only if there are fields defined for source verification by the Study Builder.
The table column headers can be selected to sort and the various filters can be used to search for specific items. The Age column is of particular importance to find a specific time period where a field was monitored or unlocked.
This report can be exported to Excel for more advanced filtering/sorting.
