Exporting the Coded Records

To export data from TrialKit Coder, follow these steps:

Open the coding you project you wish to export

Any filters applied in the coding project will be enforced on the exported file

 

Tap the export button

 

Return to the main screen and access the exported file in the Jobs Manager:

 

Coding Variables that get exported

  • LLT Code

  • LLT Name

  • PT Code

  • PT Name

  • PT SOC Code

  • PT SOC Name

  • HLT Codes

  • HLGT Codes

  • SOC Codes

  • last_coded

  • review_1

  • review_2

  • match_level

  • status

  • Autoencoded - True/False

  • version

  • All original data variables

  • Medcode

  • PrefTerm

  • ATC Codes

  • Level 1 Code

  • Level 1 Name

  • Level 2 Code

The WHODrug format for codes is currently 11 characters. Many times that will include leading zeroes on the first part of the code. Keep this in mind when opening a file in MS Excel. Leading zeroes will sometimes get removed which would require reformatting the column with a custom format: “00000000000”
