This article explains how to open your Chrome browser debugging console for TrialKit support to assist with Escalated unreproducible issues.
Open a screen recording tool on the computer and record the following to send back to the Support team.
Open the website in a Chrome browser and navigate to the Developer Tools option as shown in the video linked below. With the Console displayed on the right side of screen, proceed with the action which leads to error or issue. This will serve as a troubleshooting step for the programming team to locate where the issue is occurring.
