Log Forms - Subject Records

This article will describe how to access Log Forms within the subject casebook. Log Forms are used to collect log data that is repeating. Common examples are shown in the image below.

Your study will dictate which forms are collected as log forms, the order they are listed, and the columns that each of the tables display 

 After opening a subject, log forms are located under the “Log Forms” Tab:

 

On a Web Browser:

 

On the Mobile App:

When saving log forms on the web, there are two options for saving:

  1. Normal Save will return the user back to the subject’s casebook to select another form - assuming no errors occurred when saving.

  2. “Save and New” will save the records and immediately open a new record - assuming no errors occurred when saving.
