Unscheduled Visits

This article will describe how to access or enter forms within Unscheduled Visits.

Your study will dictate which forms are collected at unscheduled visits. These can also occur in cycles, depending on the study.

After opening a subject's record, the unscheduled visits are located under the scheduled visits.

Any number of unscheduled visit categories might exist, like the example below.

On a Web Browser:

Open a subject’s record and tap Unscheduled Visits in the navigation bar at the top:

On the Mobile App:

Tap on a subject ID to open the records list. See the option for unscheduled visits at the bottom of the screen:
