Descriptions for the annotated image above:

  1. Form Name

  2. Page selection

  3. Saving Options - If the Draft Saving option is available, your current data will be saved without performing any checks on the data. This allows you to return later and complete the form. If draft saving is not available, any errors that occur from edit checks will self-close once the data is corrected.

  4. Navigate to other forms

  5. Fields for data entry

After opening a form in the subject’s casebook, the column at the right side of the screen will display current subject/participant information.

Mobile App Data Entry and Tools

When a form is open on the app, Saving can be accomplished via the save button on the upper right corner. If Draft saving is enabled on the study, the draft save icon will display in the toolbar referenced below.

If changes are made on an existing record, a flag will display next to the field to indicate a change reason is required. Tapping on the flag will allow for entering that reason and applying the same reason to other fields if necessary. All records flagged for change reasons will also display in the Action Items Report.
