Plot Study Users (app only)

This is a report to display users and approximate locations who have signed into the study.

Access is permission-dependent and should normally only be granted to Study Administrators since it displays all users in the study.

Tap the search icon on the upper right to filter for specific roles, users, or sign-in dates. This also will display the role color coding for that study.

When the color-coded pin is tapped the User Information box will pop up displaying:

• First-time data was entered by user or participant

• Name of user

• Email address of the user

• Role

• Site

• Longitude

• Latitude

• IP Address

  • Under the menu More…..

    • You will see the user list which consists of

      • Date, User, Email, Continent, Country, Region, City, Postal Code, Timezone, ISP, IP Address of users.
