Accessing Expired or Past Forms

If your study provides the ability to access past forms that have been entered, or forms that were missed, you will see the following options on your home screen:

On the app:

On the web:

Completed Forms are those that have been saved in the past, but the completion window has lapsed.

Expired forms are those where a window of time determined when they were due, but they were never entered and are now missing.
