Joining Virtual Video Visits

If your study is enabled with the option to take part in video visits with a Clinician, there will be a “Video Meeting” option displayed in the menu. When tapped, it will only open if a session is scheduled or open for attendance.

If a meeting is available, it will open the session and notify the site Clinican(s) that you are waiting.

Audio and video will be active when the session is opened, but both can be muted anytime during the session.
