This page is intended for Study Managers to display appropriate study-specific contact info to users. If nothing is displayed, it has not been set up by the Study Administrator.

If users have study-specific questions or need direct support of a study, the study provider or Administrator should be contacted. If the provider has configured the system to include a contact page, it can be found under the Account menu > “Contact Us” page via the web.

The right is called “Pages Granted to all Users” which will allow access to the Contact Us menu.

For Study Managers and Administrators:

The Contact Us page within the system is used for study builders to customize a web page through build web page which gives contact information for study Administrators.  Issues like protocol questions and data entry questions are good examples of placing contact information in a readily available place within the system.
