Manual Patient Notifications
Study Administrators are able to directly send custom on-demand messages to participants via email and/or app push notifications through the Subject Notifications tool.
Access to this tool is tied to access to Study Configuration
Keep in mind, push notifications will only go to participants who have downloaded and logged in to theĀ TrialKit mobile app.
To send manual messages or notifications to patients, select the Subject Notifications app under the Subject menu.
Once open, you can filter (item 4 below) by site or note type. Individual messages can be sent by clicking the link (item 1 below), or group messages can be sent by selecting the Group column checkboxes and clicking the Send Group Notification link (Item 2 below). Past messages can also be viewed by clicking the link (Item 3 below).
