The PDF Export/Closeout tool allows for exporting casebooks with all eCRSs in batches along with audit trail and query information. This is useful for submissions or having the paper version of a casebook for a master file.
The PDFs generated here will contain bookmarks and links throughout the file for easy navigation of forms across visits and their respective queries and audit trails.
Permissions for this tool are dependent on access to Study Configuration in role security.
To access this tool, select the CRF Export tool under the Reports menu:
Select which sites to export the CRFs out of:
Select which subjects to include. If all subjects are desired from a given site, select only the site itself.
Select the statuses of forms to include:
Select the information to include in the export:
Select which title pages will be needed:
The final screen will present a button to tap to initiate the export. The export will run in the background so you can return later to retrieve the file.
