Signing In - Clinician Users (Study Personnel)

There are three ways to access TrialKit:

Open trialkit.com on the web
Download the iOS App
Download the Android App

If you received an invite from the system, use the link contained in your email to sign in. Otherwise, you can reset your sign-in credentials via the ‘Forgot Password’ link by providing the email address that is registered with the system.

If you don’t seem to be getting an email with your sign in information, please check your spam folder or verify the domains for clsds.com and trialkit.com are white-listed with your IT department or email system.

The mobile app can be accessed with the same login credentials used on the web, but with the added ability for two-factor authentication and biometric login.

Must contain a minimum of eight (8) characters - 1 letter and 1 number. Special characters are allowed but not required.
The system will automatically sign out after 30 minutes on the same page without refresh or page change.
Some studies may enforce 2-factor authentication. If this is the case, a 4-digit code will be sent to the user’s email address.

The first time signing in, all new users will be prompted to set a timezone and agree to the Privacy Policy as shown below:
