Record Index

The function described below may be disabled by the study designer and will not apply to all studies.

The record index is a great way to quickly access the list of all forms or scroll forward/back in the form sequence

The record index is accessed at the top right of any form. as noted below:

From the resulting window, you can see the list of forms (log forms included) based on the following prioritized factors:

  1. Visit Interval

  2. Form Sequence - Setup by the study designer

  3. Date - as applicable to log forms, which can be found at the bottom of the list below the scheduled visits

After opening a CRF, the arrows at the top of the form can be used to scroll forward and back in the index list which is noted by the middle icon that looks like a page.   Example below:
