The PDF Export/Closeout tool allows for exporting bookmarked casebooks, complete with navigational linking along with audit trail and query information. Its similar to exporting PDFs from the subject manager, but with the added capability of doing so in batches - by site or groups of subjects at a time.
ThisĀ is useful for submissions or having the paper version of a casebook for a master file.

Normally only Study Administrators should be given access to this due to it providing access to all sites/subjects.
Field blinding is enforced - so be sure to consider which role is doing the exporting because some data may not be shown if fields are blinded to that role.
To access this tool, select the CRF Export tool under the Reports menu:
Select which sites to export the CRFs out of:
Select which subjects to include. If all subjects are desired from a given site, select only the site itself.
Select the statuses of forms to include:
Select the information to include in the export:
Select which title pages will be needed:
The final screen will present a button to tap to initiate the export. The export will run in the background so you can return later to retrieve the file.
If per-subject data volume for the study is high, please consider this when having the system build a package for multiple subjects. It's recommended to try first with one subject to get an idea of how long the process takes per subject.
