The Replicate Form page allows a user to replicate or copy a form to a new study (or a new version, if the form selected is a Subject type form). If a Subject type form is selected from the Source Host/Study/Form dropdown list, a Version drop-down also appears as shown in the figure belowabove. The desired version of the form to be replicated or copied must be selected from the dropdown list of choices.
