Instructions
The Monitor Report is a useful working report designed for monitors to use in tracking what is awaiting or has been monitored. It's especially helpful for studies where two passes are being done on records, referred to as a "soft" review (read more Setting Up Study Workflow and Form Definitions).
The report shows lists of records that:

After opening, a table with filters will display all corresponding records.

The Monitor Report also displays Field Level Source Verification (FLSV) data points that:
Have been monitored (FLSV locked)
Have been un-monitored (FLSV unlocked) by the site
Field Lock Report to see more.
From the app, its found in the Reports tab from the bottom navigation barmenu:
