User password can be changed at any time by the user.

From the sign in screen, use the Forgot password link to have the system send new sign in credentials.

This will send an email to the registered email address.

When signing in again based on the instructions in the email, the system will prompt for a new password to be set.

Password requirements are 8 characters, including 1 number and 1 letter.

Passwords do not expire so should be reset routinely, in addition to the recommended use of 2-factor authentication. Multi factor authentication is dependent on the study settings defined by a Study Administrator.
