Entering one date for each interval of forms
On the Mobile App:
Enter a date using the date controller by tapping the calendar icon next to the field. Fill out the date.
Tap SAVE to set that date for the entire interval of forms listed for that interval.

Put your cursor in the day and type in the day. Put Cursor in the MONTH and type the first letter. For months of the year with the same first letter (March, May for example) put the cursor in the month field and use the Arrow Up and Arrow Down keys on the computer keyboard.
