The calendar can be accessed via both the web and iOS mobile app on the subject manager screen.

For users that are Users must be part of multiple sites, when opening the calendar, take note of the current site that is selected. The calendar will only show the events for that site, unless the user also has access to view the entire study calendar.sites to see the events for those corresponding sites

In the day view, tap on any hour block to create an event within that hour, or tap on an existing event to view/update the details for that event. The ability to create, modify or delete events are permissions that must be granted by a Study Administrator.

If the user has access to the entire study calendar (all sites), they will see all events regardless of which site those events are part of.

Grant this permission with caution. If a user has this permission and also the permission to modify/save events, they could change an event from one subject to another subject freely.

Virtual Events and Meeting Notifications

  • Multi-day events will only import the first day

  • Recurring events are not supported. Only the first event will be imported.

  • Site and subject information cannot be imported from an ICS file. Those will need to be manually set within the TrialKit calendar after importing.
