Complete each of the fields in the form and click the Change Password button.Â
The Current password will be the password which the system sent to your email address.
4. When clicked, the following screen will appear indicating your password was successfully reset:

the sign in screen, use the Forgot password link to have the system send new sign in credentials.
This will send an email to the registered email address.
When signing in again based on the instructions in the email, the system will prompt for a new password to be set.
Password requirements are 8 characters, including 1 number and 1 letter.
Passwords do not expire so should be reset routinely, in addition to the recommended use of 2-factor authentication. Multi factor authentication is dependent on the study settings defined by a Study Administrator.
