The PDF Export/Closeout tool allows for exporting bookmarked casebooks with all eCRSs , complete with navigational linking, in batches along with audit trail and query information. This is useful for submissions or having the paper version of a casebook for a master file.The PDFs generated here will contain bookmarks and links throughout the file for easy navigation of forms across visits and their respective queries and audit trails.
Permissions for this tool are dependent on access to Study Configuration in role security. Normally only Study Administrators should be given access to this due to it providing access to all sites/subjects.
