Instructions
The PDF Export/Closeout tool allows for exporting eCRFs casebooks with all eCRSs in batches along with audit trail and query information. This is useful in study closeout out when you want PDF the subject records for the master filefor submissions or having the paper version of a casebook for a master file.
The PDFs generated here will contain bookmarks and links throughout the file for easy navigation of forms across visits and their respective queries and audit trails.
Permissions for this tool are dependent on access to Study Configuration in role security.

The final screen will present a button to tap to initiate the export.

The export will run in the background so you can return later to retrieve the file.
